This week long course is intended to educate learners on the topic of computer technology, including computer hardware, computer software, and its effect on everyday life. Included in this course document are three evaluation strategies: a diagnostic evaluation, a formative evaluation, and a summative evaluation.
The diagnostic evaluation that is included is a pre-assessment. The pre-assessment will be completed preceding the beginning of the course to determine the students’ prior knowledge of the subjects that will be taught throughout this course. This information will be used to make sure that the topics being covered are the appropriate topics and will determine if changes need to be made to the outline.

This exam is made up of a mix of True\False questions, Fill in the Blank questions and Multiple Choice questions. The results of this exam will allow the facilitator to know whether or not the students have understood what was being taught. They will also be able to decide if something needs to be change in their teaching methods if the results aren’t what are expected.
