After a hard day at work don’t workers deserve a peaceful lunch break? Businesses have the right to do what they believe is good for themselves. A business should have the right to ban teenagers due to there being no law against such action, their economic situation, and their sales among demographics. A business can ban teens since there is no law against doing so. A business can do what they believe is the best for the brand whether it be favorable among certain demographics or not. As stated by an editorial many have witnessed these hardships cause local stores and restaurants to close due to not enough support financially. With these uncertainties businesses may have to take drastic measures to keep their doors open. Even the Mayor’s office has taken initiative and has had roads updated and giving business owners tax breaks for promoting tourist attractions (editorial). This is the reason Munchy’s has created “quiet” lunch so they can improve the amount of business they are receiving and be better off financially. Sales are a key factor in a business's successes. Without a steady flow of money to pay for the businesses expenses and gain a profit a business would have to shut down.
