Nick's Park Observation

On the above date I was conducting a check of Nick's Park.

While conducting the park check, I observed a yellow and black Chevy Blazer with a trailer approximately 25 feet in length parked directly East across from the park The vehicle and trailer were illegally parked in the grass. Furthermore, the vehicle and trailer were parked in front of a "No parking Any Time" and a "Tow Away Zone" signs. The vehicle was also blocking several newspaper boxes. The trailer did not have a tag attached to it.

I then summoned assistance from Chief DeCanio, who arrived on scene shortly after. Chief DeCanio requested that the vehicle be towed for illegally parking. I then advised dispatch to contact the next wrecker in rotation. The vehicle's owner, Daniel
