These new or improved healthcare technology systems are used to increase productivity, communication, tacking of patient records, and in addition, decrease patients wait times, medical errors, and cost. However, all new systems must be included with a Contingency or fallback plan. With every new system, there will be small to major anticipated or unanticipated consequences.
