Neuroticism, of commonly known as emotional stability/instability, refers to an individual 's ability to cope with everyday stresses (Larsen & Buss, 2014). In other words, it is how affected that individual may get for any given surprise or unexpected event. It is not too farfetched to suggest that Steven exhibits an average level of neuroticism. All of his previous traits makes him both able to be emotionally stable, but also quite susceptible to the consequences of his inexperience and things not going as he expects. For example, whenever Steven is faced with a difficult problem during a mission, where he alone most solve it on his own, Steven becomes easily frazzled and unsure of what to do next.
