Numbers with special meanings and vivid network animation and pictures, firstly, it was a way that taken by the net citizen to improve their efficiency or some special requirements, then it became a specific language. With the deeper study of internet language, a new language discipline: weblinguistics born. This discipline put forward by Zhou Haizhong (周海中，2000) first. Then, the famous linguist David Crystal published an article in 2005. Nowadays, internet linguistics already become a hot spot of language study, and it still need to be improved.
