The ten commandments of Forbes are great examples of how all employees would like to be treated and should be treated throughout their working career. An employee wants to be know that they are respected and that there is hope for the future as changes are occurring. News, whether it is good or bad, should never be a surprise. An employee should never have to hear about future job cuts or even expansion of properties while watching the nightly news. This will cause resentment, fear and lack of trust with the organization’s
