Negative emotion once was hard for me to deal with. I used to fight with everyone. Argue with all my friends. I even threw things at the wall when I have been really angry. I at a young age had no clue on how to deal with my feelings. I just did what I felt whether people liked it or not. I thought and felt whatever I wanted at any moment. I just didn’t care. My feelings were my feeling and you had to deal with them.
We all at one age or another has had negative emotions in our lives. These feelings of sadness, anger, scared, hurt, and pain. These feelings that show others as well as us how we feel and what we feel. Emotion means a natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one 's circumstances, mood, or relationships with others. Some negative emotion we can’t help, but feel. For example, when you uncle dies, you might feel sad or at least something else. In those kinds of situations we feel the way we do. Our emotions, both negative and positive have what I called a point in our lives. What I mean is that there will be times that we allowed to feel sad, angry, and helpless. These are our feelings and we should not dismiss them.

There were times when I would cry or get mad a guy would same man up or do you need pads. I would go like what did he really just says that, but he did. Yes he did. He said my reason for me being mad was because of me having my period. It was really do to me be bullied. Which was one reason that I could not control my emotions was because of the fact that I have been bullied. I was bullied from six until eight grades. A group of girls who I thought was my friend. By them doing that I got mad at first then my feelings turn to sad ones. I began to express my feeling in a raw way. I yelled at any and every one and cursed out all my good friends.
