Propaganda is a dangerous weapon. This claim is true as a result of Propaganda manipulating the news that people receive in case that it is the only news they receive. And Propaganda was used as a weapon when the Nazis did not let the germans listen to other country radios so they wouldn't know what was happening on outside world and jews.
