I researched the drones, the purpose being to unman the front lines. Drones are full sized planes, water vessels and ground assistance. Drones being remote controlled from a base or ship can go into enemy air space without risking the life of a pilot. The “Sea Avenger,” is a copy of the air forces more widely seen drone, the avenger can carry missiles for aerial attacks, which is one thing the air forces drone cannot. “This drone was adapted from the Air Force’s famous Predator specifically for the Navy’s needs.
