There are many natural dyes and each one has a different reaction with different fabrics. So, in this case an experiment was conducted to observe and collect data upon which fabric, either linen, cotton, and silk would be rub fastness. The purpose of this experiment was to test which fabric of choice would react more the with the dye and to explore the natural way of making a dye and the benefits of natural dyes verse chemical dyes.
Hypothesis
Out of the three clothe tested, linen will be rub fast, while the other silk and cotton will not be rub fast.

The fruits used to conduct this experiment were strawberry, raspberries, and blackberries. The first fruit that was measured was the strawberry, then the raspberry, which had to be cut to measure up to the strawberry, and finally the blackberries. Once all the fruits had been measured, it was mashed into pieces and put into a beaker to boil on the hot plate for ten minutes. After the fruits were boiled, it was transferred into three different beakers, each beaker had a piece of cloth (silk, cotton, and silk). The mordant (vinegar) was then added and boiled for ten minutes. As soon as the ended ten minutes, the beakers were then removed, put to cool. Once the beakers were cooled, the cloth was then removed and put on a sheet of paper to
