She had a bandana on to cover her frail bald head. I was shocked at her fatigue appearance. Previously, in school, I had crafted a dolphin, our favorite animal, for her. I was meaning to send it to her but I had no time. So during the facetime call I showed it to her and promised I would send it to her. Then, two weeks later, the worst day of my life came into place. It was an empty morning. I went downstairs to grab so breakfast. I snatched my favorite cereal, Honey Nut Cheerios, and dashed to the bus stop. It was a usual school day, boring as heck. When I got home the atmosphere seemed dense. My dad was home, which was unusual because, he was never home before me. Also, my brother was home early from school. I ran up the stairs to look for my parents.
