Management control system (MCS):
The system (MCS) is a system that gathers and uses information to evaluate the performance followed by a variety of organizational resources such as human, physical, financial and organizational strategies in light of the organization as a whole. System influences the behavior of organizational resources that can be performed in organizational strategies. System can be formal or informal.
Control systems management tools to an organization's strategic goals and competitive advantage .Management controls can only be a tool that managers use in implementing the necessary strategies. However, management control is implemented, organizational structure, human resources management and culture through strategies.

For organization profit and loss statement was used to calculate income and expenses for a certain time period. This report is normally developed on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. This report will helps to find out about income and expenses for a certain period of time and examine the profit of the company. This will lead the company towards its progress for certain period of time and if needed required the changes to achieve company goals for its success. And also give the detailed analysis on the company production for its specific period of time which will be on monthly, quarterly or yearly …show more content…
I recommend NYPRO, to used weekly or monthly reporting system rather than daily basis, because it will mainly help them to evaluate progress and performance of all employees. Exhibit 4, 5, 6 was used to calculate profit on monthly basis for performance evaluation. Weekly reports will help NYPRO, to save time in making of jobs occur in a week. With the help of weekly reports, NYPRO can keep track their responsibilities/performance to achieve their targets for certain time period. On the other hand, it will also help NYPRO managers to give feedback to their employees to acknowledge their work. On the other hand, NYPRO can use the monthly benchmarking reporting system for the comparison of business performance to others. With the help of this system, they can calculate three the important factors like (cost, quality and time) to find out about company set
