I am Sijju Karki, currently enrolled in Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology. I am writing this email to requesting to get credit for my repeated course (BIO 390). According to the university policy, the maximum number a class can be repeated is four time and can only be able to register the fifth time or get credit for it only if permission granted by the Office of Undergraduate offices. But, it was my failure to inform the Office of Undergraduate Office and requested permission to register it. I totally acknowledge and accept my negligence in this subject matter.
