Operation Snowball has been a huge reason for the way I am today, I've gained leadership positions as a staff member in Snowball, Social Chair for Tennis, and Vice President of Junior club. These clubs have initiated the leadership role that I display to others around me. In the past three years off high school, I've grown largely as an individual and have transformed from being a timid child to a young adult who's biggest passion is to help other.…
Every year I am elected to be class president. I believe the class votes for me because they know I am responsible and they trust me with the class actions. Another role of leadership I have had was being a member of the AAL (Advanced Association of Leaders). Our student counselor asked eight of us to join the association that she erected to benefit the attitude in our school. Mrs. Hessling chose us because we were the role models for the younger kids and examples for our peers.…
