My Peregrine Assessment

I completed my Peregrine assessment in the first week of class. And from what I remember, I did well in professionalism, communication & relationship and business knowledge & skills. I believe that my overall business knowledge is very well. I know that I need to work a better with my leadership as far as communication vision. Managing change is something that I am use to in my work environment. I have been at my job for 11 years and during that time my department has had numerous changes from managers to company procedures. I also had to deal with managing change in my personal life as well.
The areas that I did poorly in was knowledge of healthcare environment, I got very nervous because I my score was very very low. But reading after reading
