My teacher which was also over FBLA which was a group that I was in. I can say that she was a good leader but not a good manager. I say that because she would always encourage her students and the people that were in FBLA but as having her stuff together she wasn’t good at. She always would be there for us if we needed anything or was going through but she was unorganized also she never had her stuff together. One of my soccer coaches I can say is a good manager but not too good at leading. I say that because every time we lost a game she was always mad she never encouraged us to do better. We would get punished.
