My Golf will include a cardiovascular activity and will improve my cardiovascular endurance walking around the golf course whiles having a golf bag on your shoulder. Golf will also improve my muscular endurance because you need the strength to swing the golf club. Plus with walking up the hills and valleys it will improve my quadriceps and hamstrings which help to make up the lower muscles. In addition, lifting your golf bag from the car to the course, and carrying it around the course with you all day, is a great way to get your upper body strength improving.
