1. My goal in the next two years is to find a position at a company, becoming a manager, being involved in product strategy where I can grow and take on new challenges over time. Ultimately, I’d like to assume more management responsibilities and get involved in product strategy. Create a mission statement: The mission statement should help direct my time and energy towards the things that matter most to me and help me stay focused on those all-important goals.

iii. Become an effective manager of my time: Becoming an effective time manager and I’ll see myself progressing rather than falling behind. Picking a time management system that works and work it.

iv. Analyze my progress on a daily basis: One crucial way I can stay focused on my goals is to track and analyze my progress.

Earning an MBA means I'll be studying with lots of other up and coming professionals in the business world. Being a part of the MBA classroom will help me forge relationships with other students that can turn into useful networking contacts. In addition to that, being an MBA student or graduate will frequently grant me access to groups and opportunities that wouldn't be available to me otherwise.

Better skills. Going back to school for any reason will improve my skills, especially when pursuing an MBA. Continuing education will keep my mind fresh, particularly with critical thinking skills and concentration.

Career growth If I am feeling stagnant in my career, and getting an MBA is an excellent way to take myself to the next level. For many people, an MBA will open up opportunities that were not available before, whether it's a career that makes more sense for your life and skills, or a promotion to a better position within my organization.
