Travel league we have about 25 to 35 games. Last year we ended up at .500. .500 is good to have. If you say you ended your season at .500 that means you won half of your games. So really you won 50% of your games. We were a decent team last year. Our best year had to be 2015. We had only lost like 7 games and won 30 games. Our pitching last year was awesome. We didn't lose much from our pitching. If we ever lost it was because of the fielding. Our best game was vs. Washington. We were tied one to one and in the bottom of the sixth inning. This game almost felt like the world series. It felt like it was the 7th game in the world series and anyone could win this game. This game was really nervous and exhausting. There were a lot going on. Everyone was scoring every time another did. Everyone was batting constantly and field too. Our team was getting more excited after every pitch. We were thinking we have a chance to win. The game was on the line to win this or to lose this. Colby was pitching really well. He was getting tired but coach didn't know the they scored three runs. We were so nervous we were gonna lose. Then when we thought we were gonna lose someone got a hit with two outs. Then another hit after another. Soon it was 4-4 and we had bases loaded. Everyone was up on there feet and as soon as they pitch came every gulped and bam! A hit, two runs came in and we were up 6-4. After that it was three

So I’m feeling a lot better with the series led and how we are playing and hitting. So game 3 we started out early. Winning the game 8 to 3 thanks to Alex Gordan with a 3-run double & Eric Hosmer’s 3-run homer also with Mike Moustakes 2-run homer. The court was quiet, we lacked motivation but maintained a lead for most of the match but only by a point or two. It felt like we put in as much energy as needed to pull off a win. But with that said, we still had some great moments in the court. Claire Caldera and Allie Eveleth have gotten stronger in their attacks. Janae Roberson has begun to be a forceful blocker in the middle and our setters, Grace and Julian, continue to push our offense to be better with each match.…

Perez’s night was officially over in the sixth inning, and he allowed six hits and four earned runs. The big blow came in the sixth inning, when Tulowitzki blasted a three run homerun and broke the game wide open. Chi Chi Gonzalez tried to sneak a 3-2 changeup past him, but he sat back on him and turned on it into the left field seats. For the Rangers offense, they were shut down by a masterful performance from Marco Estrada. Estrada was able to work all three of his pitches to perfection, and he kept the Rangers hitters off balance all night.…
