One thing that kept me happy through this whole experience is my family. I also had to look brave for my little sister. I might be a young boy but this experience also affects me I will remember this when I am older. I am wearing a long sleeve shirt with pants that are too short on me. The only belongings I have with me is my family and if they packed anything. The Dust Bowl affected me because it was a horrible experience but it still gave me hope that there was something better. Also my parents said the Dust Bowl affect would help our family and where we live.
