My Extraversion Score Analysis

Improved Essays
I had two results for both test. For instance, in the big five test my result was broken down in five different sections extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism and openness. Each section was broken down as well. My extraversion score was very low so, this indicated I’m an introverted. I consider to be reserved, quiet and enjoy solitary activities; my socializing tends to be restricted to a few friends. I can agree this result for extraversion score because I am very quiet and reserved. I’m ok with being alone and doing my work alone on time. My agreeableness is low meaning I have less concern for other needs than my own. I find this result wrong because I do care for people problems. This typology fits me fairly well considering my tendencies that I am aware of. Extraversion is a confusing distinction for me because most people that I meet provide feedback signifying that I express introversion. However, on my typology test I scored 21 in extraversion and 6 in introversion. My best guess is that I prefer extraversion, but habitually exhibit the traits of introversion as an attempt to appear more professional. I also feel in the grey area for sensing and intuition even though I scored 17 in sensing and an 8 in intuition.…

First, Robbins and Judges identified extraverted individuals as “outgoing, sociable, and assertive” and introverted individuals as “quiet and shy”. Prior to taking the indicators and assessments I would have identified myself as both in some ways…
