My Crucible Experience
No one knows what will happen to anyone else in the near future except the God. Although, you may have heard about some people who could control their destiny without interference with God’s will. Maybe they are able to control their destiny, but it can happen due to a wish of the Creator because the God has already planned what happens or will happen with all of us. Sometimes dreams or future plans come true and sometimes not, but when they come true, no one knows what kind of obstacles they may encounter. When I was a young boy, I dreamed to be a uniformed military member. However, I did not realize that my dream would have difficulties. In the Army of the United States, according to the ADP 6-0, mission command is basis of unified land operations and personnel are the foundations of all armed forces organizations. There are two distinct approaches to mission command. One of two is the mission command warfighting function, which is a series of mutually supported commander’s and staff’s tasks to integrate the other warfighting functions. Accordingly, commander leads the staff tasks, and the staff tasks support the commander in executing the commander tasks. The most important thing is commanders ensure staff with their intent, initial guidance, the key tasks, end state, concept of operation, and resources, and staff exercises disciplined initiative to respond to unexpected problems. Furthermore, mission command is based on mutual trust and shared understanding. This is completely pragmatic, suitable, and acceptable in the Army of the U.S., where a field grade officer is able to adhere with the philosophy of mission command, but it is not pragmatic in the Kyrgyzstan’s Border
