When working with teams, there would be times when you feel like that there’s no need to attend the meetings. This might lead to lying to your teammates telling them that you are sick. However, if this continues, it will break teammates’ trust, along with team synergy. Thus, for this to not happen, I will always be honest when communicating with my teammates. This will enhance the relationship between teammates and I in future projects; the work would be done more efficiently. Respect is as valuable as honesty. In daily lives, you are not aware of our emotions when you are stressed out. Thus, by respecting myself and others, I will be self-aware of my own tendencies and how I should react to others in a positive or negative ways. By respecting others, I will have healthy relationships with my friends; I will also be able to keep the connections that will benefit me in the future. One of the three important values is learning. In the first year fall term, I will accommodate myself to the university life to be able to manage time professionally in the winter term. Not only that, I will apply to be an executive member hoping to be an outstanding student of all. In the second year, I will study in depth, discovering what I want to specialize in. I will also help the frosh by telling them my honest first year experience. In the third year, I will study in the exchange program; I will adapt a new language, learning to respect others in different culture.
