The situation goes beyond of my work as clinician, yesterday, I was on the work clerk area talking. The manager came out of the elevator and started asking me what I was doing. I needed something from there. I asked her if there was a problem of me being there. She said, yes because I was distracting the personnel and interrupting their work. Later on the same day I was talking with Dr Lopez in front of my office and the manager passed between us but did not say excuse me nor nothing. I understand that as a manager she has her duties and responsibilities but at the same time as a leader she should set the example to the rest of the employee and patient in the clinic!
