Dog Sees God, a first theatrical production that has been performed at Middle Tennessee State University, was quite a shock to watch for me because of its aggressive theme of a drama. Since I did not know what the show was about, I felt unpleasant watching the show due to its sudden actions with no foreshadows nor signs. The production was held in a small space inside the tucker theater, audience at only two sides, front and right side. I was sitting in the front seat and I did not feel like I was communicating with actors on the stage, I felt like I was rather watching a television show that actors were acting only to its script. The play had not much of a dramatic scene changes; the show was flat and static.…

The sounds of sheep baaing, the heavy breathing of a dog, the wind howling, and the nice smell of the evergreen forest and the quietness of the outdoors all combine to form the imagery of a unique, quiet painting. In the painting Shepherdess with Her Dog by Charles Emile Jacque, this rich description is exactly the imagery of shepherdess depicted in her environment. I have recently visiting The Tweed Museum in the University of Minnesota Duluth where I found this painting. The Shepherdess with Her Dog caught my eye because of how different it looks compared to today’s sheep farming and the lost culture of a lone shepherdess.…

Heart of a Dog, composed by Mikhail Bulgakov, is a searing feedback of the Bolsheviks and the state which they made. Bulgakov's characters in the house in Moscow are an unmistakable depiction of the general public in 1926 Russian urban communities. What happens in the house is a representation of what has happened subsequent to the unrest and what is going on in 1926 Russia. The characters speak to diverse segments of a general public which should be without classes, yet at the same time has a percentage of the old first class savvy people, Professor Philip Philippovich and Dr. Bormenthal, another class of tip top, Shvonder and the individuals from the house board, and the same old puppy of society, the laborers and specialists. Sharik, later known as Sharikov, is the lower class and the assembly line laborers.…
