My AP Human Geography Teacher

Decent Essays
Teacher appreciation week is coming up. This is a time to thank all the people that have dedicated themselves to education, and their students. I would like to thank one teacher, in particular that really deserves some recognition. My AP Human Geography teacher, Mrs. Bullock. Mrs. Bullock is a tough teacher. She expects everyone to do their work, and to do it well. She expects every students’ best, and I think that is a very important quality for a teacher to have. She is also very fair. She isn’t too harsh about things, she is just real. In her class, people get the grade they earned. AP Human Geography, is one of the first classes I have actually had to study for a test. It is not an easy class, and the tests and assignments are different.

Praise of an Angelic Teacher; Kathy Miller chooses not to rule the world Before addressing the absolutely critical need for all students to pursue the love of Kathy Miller, it is important to realize the greatness that Mrs. Miller has achieved. In all of her years at Banjo High School she has perfected the junior SAT, and in her humbleness she would never lead you to believe that she was the cause of this massive jump in the SAT averages. She has also been a steady member of the Soccer Club for many years, never once convincing them that she had enough power to pressure them into making her child the starting goalie. No sir, Kathy has been faithful and has never once used tenure as an excuse to lazily teach or become enthralled in the power…

I went from an exceptional student to one who talks back. Since freshman year Mrs. R had been my favorite teacher, even though I did not have her until I was a junior. She was kind and always there if you needed to take a breather in her class, or simply do whatever you needed to on the computer, if it was your lunch. I've heard students complain about how they did not like her and how annoying she was. However, I couldn't understand why they felt that way about Mrs. R. I never saw her the way they did.…

We are sometimes only able to see the things that we do not have and overlook the things that we do. We take for granted things like freedom, equality, and being able to gain an education.
