Muscular Strength Argument Analysis

In this week’s discussion we are talking about the benefits of having or obtaining muscular strength and endurance. As stated in my previous discussion’s my fitness goals include building strength and maintaining general health. In regards to my fitness goals and my overall outlook on muscular strength and endurance I would rank the benefits as follows:
1. Improved performance of physical activities
2. Improved Muscle and Bone Health with Aging
3. Metabolic and Heart Health
4. Enhanced Self-Image and quality of life
5. Injury prevention
6. Improved Body Composition
The reason that I placed the benefits in this specific order really comes down to living a long healthy life. Many people can make that argument that Enhanced self-image and quality
