Hoods are an Arab contribution to falconry brought to Europe by the Crusaders. In the Middle East, the major customers are from the royal families. As I

am a beginner and I am struggling to get more customers. In the beginning Mughal bros could not afford expensive labor nor use superior leather. The company has already invested a lot by opening a new showroom and financing all the labor involved. Still, the company needs to have more revenue, because it continuously needs more showrooms in neighboring countries.

Austria, the only ones are Mohr falcons, which is good for the company. In the future, the company will grow and expand and hopefully will be on top. The company will try to target more customers all around Europe, maybe through advertisement and marketing.

In order that the company achieves success, the solutions proposed will be mentioned and the company will do it's best to be more successful. Mughal hoods will implement those suggestions and will see which one will work best for the company. The process of evaluating whether this solution is successful or not will be quiet simple to measure. The company should simply compare current sales and profits with the new solutions and with this the company will see whether the action taken were positive or negative, either they helped to the company or that they just make them
