1) Determine career interests-Results from the Holland Code occupational interest inventory are in her file and can be found in the interpretation of assessment results section of this summary. 2) Determine personal management skills-Ms. Quarles is able to work independently and to take initiative. She is motivated to work as evidenced by her good attendance and punctuality. Although there were two reports of Ms. Quarles unable to stay on task, during the last two review periods, Ms. Quarles has made progress staying on task.

3) Identify work habits-There have been inconsistencies with Ms. Quarles ability to accept supervision. The service review period from 03/15/2017 to 04/13/2017 indicated that Ms. Quarles had difficulty accept supervision
