Mr. Wehling: A Short Story

I was in the shocked. I didn't know we were going to have triplets. When I was in the delivery room Mr Wehling was just shocked, he couldn’t bare to see me in the pain. One by one they came out, two boys and one girl. I heard three shots when I was resting in the hospital bed. The nurse came in running. She told me that my husband killed two people and himself for our triplets. I was sad but happy at the same time. When the nurse told me it was like I could breathe Like if their was a bowling ball on my chest. The nurse told me to calm down or I will cause problems. The nurse left and I was questioning what was going to happen for me and my kids. How will I support for my kids? How will they survive without a father? How will my future will be without a husband? …show more content…
I thought he came in for i can choose who to keep and who to pass. Instead he said that I was able to have all of them, because my husband killed other two people and himself for the kids. The doctor also had with the three birth certificates for the newborns. I decided that the first little boy will be named Mick just like his father Mick jr Wehling. The second little boy will be named Tyler, Tyler wehling after my father Tyler Morgan. Finally the last little girl will be named Skyler, Skyler Wehling like my older sister Skyler Morgan. I decided to name my kids by family members who are not here anymore. It was very hard for me to say those names again. Like Mick wehling who did on our kids birth. My father Tyler Morgan who died in a car accident, and my sister Skyler Morgan who was murdered by her alcoholic boyfriend. I started crying while writing the names down. The doctor looked at me. He told me what's wrong. So, I told him about what the names meant to me and he started to understand what was going
