Seeing as Mr. King is a first year teacher, he is attempting to try to create a classroom environment where students are given more individualized instruction. He does this by creating a dynamic instruction time and individualized assignment time. However, he quickly realizes a need to readjust his classroom in order to eliminate behavioral problems. One strategy Mr. King uses is incorporating a student-wide discussion. This allows the student's to be involved in a cooperative learning environment.
