Mr. Gallardo is a 55 year old individual, born in Chile and moved to the United States with his grandmother when he was six years old. He graduated St. Pais Preparatory School in 1977. He continued his education at Fordham University, graduating in 1986 with Bachelor’s degree in English. He indicated in 1989, he graduated from Hofstra Law School. Mr. Gallardo reported that he served in the Marine Corps from 1983 until 1987. In 1989, he began practicing law, as a prosecutor. The father reported that he went on to work for himself in an independent practice. Mr. Gallardo reported that he later got a job for a big firm, where he is now a partner.
