JPS/Dental: Due to Mr. Clemmon's teeth extractions, he has been ordered by his physician to follow a regulated soft food diet intake. Per CD, Ct will start his diet on Wednesday 04/13/2016.

Please keep an eye out for Mr. Clemmons and seek immediate medical attention if symptoms worsen - such as, excessive bleeding, jaw joint pain, and infections. Thanks.
