EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The main purpose of the tender submission is to show our dedication and enthusiasm in understanding the design package of mousetrap car of Group 4B. The tender evaluation criteria list provides the criterion that have to be fulfilled by us in order to contract Group 4B design. Therefore, we as the contractors of Group 7A have to produce tender submission which provides explanation and evidences on how we fulfilled the criterion from the tendering company. There are few reasons that we chose the design package of Group 4B. One of the reasons is the design of mousetrap car of Group 4B is stable and efficient which can function welly since the prototype had been built. In addition, the cost of constructing the

Punctuality and upright time management results in work being done quickly with higher productivity and evades any last minute works. Contractors who possess punctuality and upright time management will attend meetings on time (punctual).
Addressing Criteria: Phoenix INC. requires the contractors to be always punctual and can manage the time perfectly. As the contractors, we attended our first meeting with the designers from Phoenix INC. punctually on 11:30a.m 2nd of April which is agreed by us and them. Moreover, we sent our minutes of meetings of 6th and 13th April to Hoo one of the designers on time as they requested to send the minutes of meeting within 24hours after the meeting.

5.0 Teamwork
Phoenix INC. entails teamwork among the contractors and designers in order to effectively and successfully completed the project. Contractors need to seek help from the designers and discuss for further information on the design. Contractors and designers will need to contribute their share to the workload and complete the project

In addition, the cost of constructing the mousetrap car is low. Moreover, we are able to meet the criterion that required by the tender company. Nevertheless, we are able to communicate nicely with the designers without arguing with them even though we have better opinions about their design package. In conclusion, this tender submission is able to show our capability on complete the project which is satisfied by the Phoenix INC. In addition, this tender also shows our desire on contracting Phoenix INC.
