Every person learns and processes information comfortable and familiar ways for him. Moreover, the current situation in the world demands the training of highly qualified personnel with specific skills and abilities that are necessary for further activity. Therefore, one of the ways of training of a competent specialist is tailored to the individual learning style of each student. Although, standard types of learning bring in our life 's many issues, because we cannot recognise the individual characteristics of each learner; however, when knowing his/ her own learning style, a student is more likely to assimilate better in the classroom and achieve his/ her learning goals. Afterward, this concept emerged in the field of education in the mid-1970s (Griffiths 2012). Besides, experts emphasize that at the moment they have discovered more than 70 different styles that can be applied in practice. However, this approach is not popular for many teachers and students, as people are accustomed to the traditional methods which are built on book learning, repeated repetition of the same themes and examinations to motivate and control. Therefore, learning styles are a suitable approach to the development of each individual, because it helps brand new way to look at the methods of teaching, perception of information and it gives you the opportunity to get the motivation to obtain new high-performance knowledge and skills. According to the expert in the field of foreign languages, who is widely uses this concept, he believes that: "Motivation provides the primary impetus to initiate learning foreign language and later the driving force to sustain the long and often tedious learning process" (Dornyei, 1998:117). It is undeniable that an individual with excellent skills cannot achieve certain goals, regardless of the level of quality and knowledge level without adequate motivation. First of all, let us try to understand how the choice of a particular learning style is associated with motivation. It is worth noting that under the style of learning most researchers understand typical for this person 's system of psychological techniques that he consciously applies in order to realize the holistic personality in accordance with the requirements of the activities. Additionally, this learning model allows to find different approaches and ways of learning that include educational methods inherent to the individual and allowing him/her to learn better. Therefore, it is believed that the majority of people prone to a particular method of interaction, understanding and processing their incentives or information.
