The American Revolution had many things going on. The most significant event led to the American Revolution is the French and Indian War. The first settlement in the French was in Quebec. In 1754, George Washington led 150 militiamen in Fort Duquesne but failed because there were more men in the fort so they made a George Washington retreat. The militiamen made their own fort called Fort Necessity but also forced Washington to leave to Ohio Territory. Later on, with the war, the battleground became Canada, and the struggles were fierce.
