1. God was once a mortal man who lived on another planet. They consider this to be the most important teaching of Mormonism. They believe God lived on another planet and followed the laws of the gospel. After he died he evolved into a God and created this world. 2. They are co-eternal with God. They believe that everyone has existed forever, that we existed as intelligences and have been around God for all of eternity, God has simply progressed ahead of us. 3. The origin of Jesus Christ. They believe God was a man, and that Jesus was created by the physical union of God and Mary. They say that Jesus is special because his father is a God and ours are just human. 4. Truth is determined by feelings. Mormons disregard any facts that fight what they are feeling. If they feel bad when hearing something then it is false, if they feel good then it is true. 5. What a Prophet said can be revised depending on the circumstances. If what a Prophet says is wrong, he was not being inspired and only speaking as a man. Newer Prophets can override old Prophets. 6. Saving their dead ancestors shows they are the only Christian Church. They believed they have temples that they are allowed into to become Gods. They also baptize dead people so they can become Mormon. 7. Ex-Mormons or apostates had sin in their life or never had a testimony. If apostates had a testimony they were cast into the darkness. Ex-Mormons who left never had a
