My mom is a pastor and she been a conscientious leader in guiding her parishioners for the last forty years. I have been huge of my mother's leadership skills and her ability to lead the churchgoers with humility and respect. Leadership, integrity, and ethics are a part of my moral compass as being a conscientious leader. These core competencies are essential in being a decent person with dignity to handle challenging issues. A fundamental principle that aligns with my moral compass is that you have integrity to gain trust from people.
