On Tuesday, August 08, 2017 at approximately 0005hrs, Security Dispatch Officer Jacques received a call from an outside caller regarding an incident that occurred on property. Ms. Daniela Malabad alleged that she had dinner at Monkitail that resulted in her getting food poisoning. On August 6, 2017 at approximately 2015hrs she sat down with a friend to have dinner. She alleged they ordered Brussel sprouts, whole fish for 2, and blueberry cheesecake along with a cocktail to drink. She stated that she started to feel ill immediately so she left the hotel and she had not consumed food anywhere else. On her way home she still didn’t feel good but tried to sleep it off. The next day, August 7, 2017, she went to work that morning still ill and by the end of her shift she couldn’t hold anything down. On her way home she had to pull over twice to throw up and on the second pull over she deemed it necessary to call for paramedics. Upon paramedics’ arrival, they checked her out and told her it was food poisoning that caused her upset stomach feeling. She was hospitalized for rest of the day. Now clear from the hospital she called to generate an incident report of her visit to Monkitail. …show more content…
