Mommy Makeover is a term that is used to describe a combination of cosmetic surgeries that help a woman regain her pre-pregnancy physical appearance. The procedures often include a tummy tuck, breast enhancement and liposuction for fat removal. Many women try to regain their previous body by dieting and strenuous exercise. However, these alone are often not enough to remove certain fat deposits and sagging skin.

Since a Mommy Makeover is a combination of procedures, it takes more time, but a tummy tuck and breast augmentation usually take from three to five hours, which most plastic surgeons consider a reasonable length of time. The main procedures done are:
