Being a manufacturing company, Mix N' Match concerns the management and organization of processes that convert inputs such as materials, labor, and energy into outputs in the form of goods and services.

The Management Team
The Mix N’ Match company consists of staffs that are full time senior students with the inclusion of an entrepreneurship subject in our curriculum, making us equipped for small-scale business activities, such as running a family business or even starting their own business.
The team have been involved in conducting competitor and SWOT analyses and are currently conducting a market research. Furthermore, we have studied marketing focused modules as part of our curriculum to have an understanding of the marketing process. Moreover, we are proficient with using databases such as Excel

Owner/ President In charge of all the Company’s departments, makes the necessary decisions with applicable laws and regulations that runs the Company’s function, approved projects and budget, ensuring that its staff are doing their responsibilities and accountable for their performance
Owner/Vice President Responsible in accomplishing the strategic direction of the company by managing operations, developing functional roles and distributing the work to the employees
Owner/Operations Manager Responsible in administrating the production of goods and executing services that meets the expectations and needs of customers
Owner/Mix N’ Match Manager In charge in supervising of the activities in the company as well as its employees and give reports to top executives
