This issue has been identified as one of the three personal issues that Australian young people are most concerned about. From 20.4% in 2010 to 26.5% in 2015 highlighted year on year by Mission Australia’s annual survey provides the strongest recognition of body image needing to be a national health concern. Also in the 2015 Mission Australia Youth survey, they reported that 1 in every 4-young people have serious body image concerns. For example, in the fifth year in the row, Australians have been pursuing a "perfect" body. For example, Elle Macpherson, a famous model in the 1970s and 1980s, was known to have a "perfect" figure. As a community, we are still bombarding model images in women's magazines that have been sprayed to present the perfect image, which is often unrealistic for young girls. Health information pamphlets, Internet search (eg Google) and Corporate organisations are all in the middle of trustworthy, it means not all of the women will get the information from there because the information may not all be correct. Social media are the least trustworthy because they are not 100% authentic. Some information from social media needs people's attention, and then they will spread some incorrect or unfounded
