The CFA located at Georgia State has a population of college students who regularly eat there, so having a playground and other things young children enjoy would be out of place. While watching how the customers interacted with the employees, I noticed that they would often mirror the manner of the employees. When the workers at both restaurants were polite the customers were more likely to respond in a nicer way and be more lenient if the food was taking longer than expected or if there was a mistake in their order. Both the employees and the customers at both locations had different demographics such as gender, age, and race. People with children are more likely to eat at a Chick-fil-A where there is a playground, while college students are more likely to eat at a Chick-fil-A where they can sit down and study quietly. The majority of the workers and customers at the GSU location were African-American, partially because the university is located in the heart of Atlanta, while the second Chick-fil-A had very few African-Americans. This has to do with the second location being in a predominantly white and wealthy area of north Georgia. I also noticed that the workers at the first
