Mini Article ___”Student’s List of More Exceptions to Using a Citation”
Every written portion of information in this essay that was from another source has a citation with it. Nevertheless, the exception to citation rules are always better to know than not knowing.
As far as I can determine, these additional exceptions to citation are derivable from articles on citation requirements that I reviewed and that do not explicitly say or imply the opposite. The lack of an explicit statement, when an explicit statement is easy to make, allows more room for interpretation.
Understand that the vernacular of common subjects may be so common such that the same words and phrases are used to describe the subject regardless of who writes about it.

An explicit act, would be misrepresentation that the user of another person’s writings is the originator of the information by using a citation that references the user as the author. Just using the unreferenced information in a paper or essay or article is not a citation.3
Reference [3] is a reference that was added to remove any ambiguity as to the source of the mini article “Student’s List of More Exceptions to Using a Citation.”

Interestingly enough, I did a plagiarism check on this short article and the following resulted:

Which led to a Wikipedia article:
“Perception management. (2015, January 31). In Wikipedia, The Free Encyclopedia. Retrieved 15:22, February 14, 2015, from .”
Which was not used to write this mini article; which goes to show that plagiarism checkers have error.
