I received it back when I was staff.
I was mistaken for ban evasion. Since I have other siblings who used to play on Omega, it's pretty reasonable to think I was ban evading. But once they found out that I was not ban evading, I was instantly unbanned. The reason I was banned for ban evading, was because my sister at the time had gotten banned.
There was also something that kind of counts as a punishment. It was when I got demoted.
I was pretty upset for getting demoted and thought the reason was stupid. After thinking, I realized that it was not stupid and it was quite correct. I had gotten demoted because some of my jokes were too harsh. I completely now realize that I did take the joking too far. After a bit of being staff last time, I started to take it lightly. I've realized now not take it lightly. Being staff is a serious thing. I will remember to take my job more seriously next time. I will make sure not to remake the same mistakes.
I will also be counting on everyone else to help and guide me. I hope everyone would be able to correct me if I do anything

You have caught your friend breaking the server rules. What do you do?I will screenshot or record what they're doing. Then check their punishment history. After I've reviewed their history, I will punish them according to what rule they broke and according to their history. Even if they're a friend, I'll still punish them.
2. You have punished someone on the server, they are now calling you abusive. How do you react? Tell them if they do not want to get punished then they should not break the rules. And say that you are not abusive, but just trying to help the server. Do not be rude about it, though.
3. You have noticed another staff member abusing their permissions in some way. What do you do next? Take a screenshot or record what they are doing. After, report them to management then let management handle the rest.
4. Somebody is asking you a question in chat, but you don't know the answer. What is your next step? Ask another staff member for the answer to the question. If they don't have the answer, tell the person to wait a bit while you go and ask management. You could also check the protocol since it tells you almost everything you need to

I realized that a tremendous amount of players are not listening to staff, or being very toxic, hacking on the server, etc. I think the problem to this is the new people to this server, the new people are new to the server and are not aware of the rules, reason being they haven't really looked into them, Even though Cheating is bannable on most of the servers, they still might not know. They just want to play the server. Rule breakers/toxic players are not the only problem. The biggest problem, in my point of view are the questions that they have for the rules or server.…

Genest, and yet again it has been brought to the attention of senior leadership that you are once again exhibiting similar disrespectful treatment toward employees in your location. These behaviors range from responding to Sametime message such as “Is it important” and never followed up with an alternate time to meet with the employee to making comments such as “And if that is the case then someone will be shot”, when asked for guidance, you provided roundabout responses that contributed to the perception that you are an antagonistic supervisor vs a collaborative, empowering leader. These type of behaviors and comments, as well as others, were made in a public forum to which other employees confirmed that you made. Employees also provided additional examples that reflected your disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. They cited examples of times where you were not willing to assist them in onboarding to Raytheon’s practices and processes.…

Explain some cases in which you would perm-ban/temp-ban people: Advertising -- This is when someone decides to place their ip to a server of some sort, This is for sure resulting in a horrible PERM-BAN. Although being a helper means i cannot ban him / her means i would have to screen shot it and send it to a higher staff member such as mods or higher. a Helper would have to simply mute him/her. Mute Evasion -- When someone would be muted and logs onto an alt account so you could talk, that would result in a temp-ban or a perm-ban also one could put a item in the ah named what they wanted to say that is considered a mute evasion.…
