She felt proud of herself for finally tackling a problem that she battled with. She began researching a finding many meals and resourceful items that could help her along her process. She found a portion control measurement that she began using as she preplanned her meals and snacks for the upcoming week. She packed her lunch, snacks, and dinner during the school days (Monday-Wednesday) in proportioned tupperware bowls and on other days she also used tupperwear bowls or a small salsa to eat on when eating breakfast lunch and dinner. At the end of the study, results showed that the behaviorist eating behaviors was most problematic once she was on campus during the weekdays and out on the town during the weekends. Episodes were preceded by hunger cues, food cravings, mood, and lunch/dinner times. However, the behaviorist saw a reduction in binge eating when large amounts of food were not present, increased motivation, absent stressors, and when self-esteem decreased.
