Military Retirement Pay- The military retirement pay is available after 20 years of service. There are three different categories which are the, regular service, non-regular service, and physical disability. After doing time in the military it repays you by attempting to look out for you and giving you pay after you retire. According to Adam Jonhson the way to figure out the pay is by using the following formula: “Retired Pay Base x Multiplier%” (Jonhson). The military retirement pay offers a pension with benefits the very day you retire. Age does not make a difference therefore you can find yourself collecting regular retirement pension as young as the age
