In addition to that the complaints and investigations of nurses and midwives are managed by NMBA. Continuing professional development is the way the nurses and midwives manage and enhance their knowledge. It gives them an ability to be successful. In future the continuous professional development helps enrolled nurse to develop qualities that are personal and professional which is essential throughout the professional life.
