Midlife Crisis: A Mid-Life Crisis Caused By Aging

A mid-life crisis could be caused by aging itself, or aging in combination with changes, problems, or regrets over: work or career, spousal relationships, maturation of children, aging or death of parents. physical changes associated with aging. In my opinion, yes adults will go through mid life crisis. I think you go through more mid life crisis in adulthood then they do in your teens. Teens stress over school work, pimples, and things in that nature. Adults have more going on and trying to keep everything balance. Some adults are trying to work, go to class, and take of their children. Some major midlife crisis are changing jobs, divorce, death of someone close, and car addicted in my opinion. A lot of people cope with their issue differently
